Universal Certification & Services (UCS) is looking for a qualified and experienced Management System Auditor to join our audit and certification team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting management system audits in line with applicable ISO standards, preparing audit reports, identifying audit findings, and supporting the certification process while maintaining impartiality, professionalism, and compliance with certification body requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Stage 1, Stage 2, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Prepare professional audit plans, checklists, and audit reports.
- Evaluate client compliance with applicable ISO standard requirements.
- Identify nonconformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Review corrective actions submitted by clients.
- Ensure audits are conducted with impartiality, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
- Coordinate with the certification team for audit scheduling and reporting.
- Maintain auditor competency records and continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Lead Auditor certification in one or more ISO standards.
- Experience in auditing management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2026, ISO 45001:2018, ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
- Other ISO standards will be an advantage.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of certification body processes and audit principles.
- Ability to work independently and professionally with clients.
Preferred
- Previous experience with a certification body.
- English communication skills.
- Driving licence is an advantage.
